new = expensive. Old nessecarily = bad. If you want new, try North Scottsdale to live close to many beautiful places.

Depends on what you want in a hotel. There are golf hotels, charming hotels, chains, etc. Plus also your age. New is the youngest of the hip Valley Ho, you will run around 270.00 per night.
